This is our approach to Ethnicity, Diversity and Inclusion
In our work to help education do its job of ‘making things better’, we welcome everyone, regardless of gender, colour, age, ethnicity, culture, sexual orientation, religion, language, neurodiversity, socio-economic background, educational achievements, abilities, disabilities or emotional scars.
We’re not fond of liars, ingrates, shills, charlatans, racists, fascists, egomaniacs, obfuscators, backstabbers, narcissists, imposters, denigrators, bullies, flytippers, gaslighters, weathervanes, self-servers, scammers, vulture capitalists, bigots, cheats, xenophobes, homophobes, copycats or dogmatists.
